Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using LogisticLoo platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using LogisticLoo ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including buyers (3PL Service Buyers) and warehouse providers (Warehouse Providers). Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 Account Types

  • 3PL Service Buyers: Businesses seeking warehouse storage and fulfillment services
  • Warehouse Providers: Businesses offering warehouse storage and fulfillment services
  • You must select the appropriate account type during registration
  • Account types cannot be changed after registration without admin approval

2.3 Identity Verification

  • Warehouse providers must complete identity verification before listing warehouses
  • Identity verification is optional but recommended for buyers
  • You must provide valid government-issued identification documents
  • False or fraudulent identity information may result in account suspension or termination
  • Identity documents are reviewed by our verification department

2.4 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • We recommend enabling 2-Step Login Verification for enhanced security
  • You must use a strong, unique password
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence

3. Warehouse Listings and Services

3.1 Warehouse Provider Obligations

  • Warehouse providers must provide accurate and complete warehouse information
  • All warehouse listings are subject to admin approval
  • Warehouse providers must maintain active status and respond to warehouse booking requests promptly
  • Warehouse providers are responsible for the security and safety of stored inventory
  • Warehouse providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Warehouse Information Accuracy

  • Warehouse details, pricing, and availability must be accurate and up-to-date
  • Warehouse providers must update information if circumstances change
  • Misleading or false information may result in listing removal or account suspension
  • Warehouse images must accurately represent the facility

3.3 Insured Security Deposits

  • Warehouse providers may deposit funds as insured security deposits
  • Deposits are displayed on warehouse listings to build buyer confidence
  • Deposits can only be withdrawn after 15 days and when no active bookings exist
  • Deposits provide financial protection for buyers in case of losses or disputes
  • Coverage is limited to the deposited amount and subject to claim period requirements

4. Bookings and Transactions

4.1 Bookings Creation

  • Buyers can create booking requests for warehouse services
  • Warehouse providers can approve or reject booking requests
  • Bookings become active upon provider approval
  • Both parties are bound by booking terms once active
  • Bookings can be open-ended or have specific end dates

4.2 Booking Obligations

  • Buyers: Must provide accurate shipment information, pay invoices on time, and comply with booking terms
  • Warehouse Providers: Must securely store inventory, process shipments, and provide services as agreed
  • Both parties must communicate professionally and resolve issues through the platform
  • Disputes should be reported through the support ticket system

4.3 Booking Cancellation

  • Either party can cancel a booking at any time
  • Both parties receive email notifications upon cancellation
  • Cancelled bookings cannot be reactivated
  • Outstanding invoices must be resolved before cancellation
  • Active shipments must be handled according to agreed terms

4.4 Shipments and Inventory

  • Buyers can add shipments to active bookings
  • Warehouse providers must acknowledge and track received shipments
  • Both parties are responsible for accurate inventory records
  • Product images and labels should be provided when available

5. Payments and Financial Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

  • USDT (Cryptocurrency): TRC20 or ERC20 networks supported
  • Manual Bank Transfer: Only business account payments accepted; personal accounts will be rejected and refunded
  • US Bank Transfer (ACH): Processed through Stripe payment gateway
  • All payments must be made through the Platform's invoice system
  • Direct payments to sellers are not covered by platform insurance or dispute resolution

5.2 Invoices

  • Warehouse providers create invoices for services rendered
  • Invoices include a 5% platform fee automatically
  • Buyers receive email notifications for new invoices
  • Buyers can pay invoices even after the due date
  • Daily reminder emails are sent for unpaid invoices (10 PM +5 GMT)
  • Both parties receive email notifications when invoices are paid

5.3 Platform Fee

  • A 5% commission is charged on all invoices
  • Commission is automatically calculated and included in invoice totals
  • Commission covers platform maintenance, security, payment processing, and support
  • Commission is non-refundable

5.4 Payment Processing

  • USDT payments are automatically verified via blockchain
  • Bank transfers are verified before approval (1-3 working days)
  • Payment hold periods apply to warehouse provider funds (default: 7 days)
  • Funds become available for withdrawal after the hold period
  • Payment processing times vary by method

5.5 Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are processed in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20)
  • Invoice balance withdrawals available after payment hold period
  • Insured deposit withdrawals require 15 days and no active bookings
  • Withdrawals are subject to admin approval
  • Withdrawal commission fees may apply
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after approval

5.6 Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to booking terms and dispute resolution
  • Platform commission is non-refundable
  • Chargebacks and disputes must be reported through the support ticket system
  • Fraud/Dispute tickets receive priority handling

6. Insurance and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Insured Security Deposits

  • Platform guarantees coverage up to the warehouse provider's insured deposit amount
  • Coverage applies only to losses or scams when payments are made through the Platform
  • Direct payments to sellers are NOT covered by platform insurance
  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the incident
  • Coverage is subject to investigation and verification

6.2 Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes must be reported through the Platform's support ticket system
  • Select "Fraud/Dispute" ticket type for priority handling
  • Provide detailed information, evidence, and documentation
  • Our support team will investigate and facilitate resolution
  • Both parties must cooperate in the dispute resolution process

6.3 Limitation of Liability

  • LogisticLoo acts as a platform connecting buyers and warehouse providers
  • We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by warehouse providers
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from direct payments outside the Platform
  • Our liability is limited to the insured deposit amount
  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses beyond our control

7. Reviews and Ratings

  • Buyers can leave reviews and ratings (1-5 stars) for warehouse providers
  • Reviews must be truthful and based on actual experiences
  • False, defamatory, or malicious reviews are prohibited
  • Reviews are displayed on warehouse listing pages
  • Average ratings and review counts are calculated and displayed
  • Reviews can be updated or modified by the reviewer
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment schemes
  • Circumvent platform fees or commission structures
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Use the Platform to compete with or harm our business

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by LogisticLoo
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
  • User-generated content (reviews, messages, listings) remains your property
  • By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform
  • You retain ownership of your warehouse listings and business information

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension

  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Suspension may be temporary or permanent
  • Reasons for suspension include fraud, policy violations, or security concerns
  • You will be notified of suspension and reasons (where appropriate)

10.2 Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
  • We may terminate accounts for serious violations or legal reasons
  • Active bookings and pending transactions must be resolved before termination
  • Outstanding balances must be withdrawn or settled
  • Some information may be retained for legal and business purposes

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • Your access to the Platform will be revoked
  • Active bookings may be cancelled or transferred
  • Outstanding invoices must be paid
  • Wallet balances must be withdrawn within a reasonable timeframe

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must stop using the Platform and may terminate your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through:

  1. Initial resolution through our support ticket and dispute resolution system
  2. Mediation or arbitration, if required
  3. Legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction

Important Notice

Payment Security: All payments must be made through the Platform's invoice system. Direct payments to sellers are NOT covered by platform insurance, dispute resolution, or protection policies.

Claim Period: Claims for losses or scams must be submitted within 5 days of the incident to be eligible for insured deposit coverage.

By using LogisticLoo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
