Creating an account is simple and free:

  1. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation
  2. Choose your account type: 3PL Service Buyer or Warehouse Provider
  3. Fill in your details: username, email, password, full name, and phone number
  4. Complete the registration form and submit
  5. Your email will be automatically verified upon registration
  6. You can immediately start using the platform

Note: Warehouse providers must complete identity verification before their warehouses can be listed as active.

Identity verification is a security measure that helps build trust between buyers and warehouse providers on our platform.

For Warehouse Providers:

  • Identity verification is required before your warehouses can be listed as active
  • Upload a government-issued ID (PDF, PNG, or JPG, max 10MB per file)
  • You can upload multiple identity documents if needed
  • Our verification department reviews your documents (usually within 1-3 business days)
  • Once verified, your warehouses become visible to buyers

For Buyers:

  • Identity verification is optional but highly recommended
  • Verified buyers receive priority support and enhanced trust ratings
  • Some warehouse providers may prefer working with verified buyers

All identity documents are securely stored and only accessible to our verification department.

2-Step Login Verification (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account:

  1. Go to your Profile Settings and navigate to the "2-Step Login" section
  2. Click "Activate 2-Step Login"
  3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address
  4. Enter the verification code to complete activation
  5. From now on, every time you log in, you'll receive a verification code via email
  6. Enter both your password and the verification code to access your account

Security Benefits: Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the verification code sent to your email.

To list your warehouse:

  1. Complete your identity verification (required for warehouse providers)
  2. Go to "My Warehouses" in your dashboard
  3. Click "Add Warehouse"
  4. Fill in warehouse details:
    • Warehouse name and description
    • Complete address (country, state, city, zip code, street address)
    • Storage space available (in SQ FT)
    • FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) flat rate
    • FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) flat rate
  5. Upload warehouse images (multiple images supported)
  6. Submit for admin approval
  7. Once approved, your warehouse will be visible to buyers

Note: You'll receive an email notification when your warehouse is approved or if any changes are needed.

The Insured Security Deposit is a security feature that protects buyers from potential losses or scams:

For Warehouse Providers:

  • You can deposit funds into your insured deposit account
  • This amount is displayed on your warehouse listings
  • Higher deposits increase buyer confidence and trust
  • Deposits can only be withdrawn after 15 days and when no active bookings exist

For Buyers:

  • The insured deposit amount is visible on each warehouse listing
  • If you experience losses or scams, you can file a claim
  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the incident
  • The platform guarantees coverage up to the seller's insured deposit amount
  • This provides financial protection for your shipments and inventory

Important: The platform only covers losses when payments are made through the platform's invoice system. Direct payments to sellers are not covered.

For Buyers:

  1. Browse available warehouses and view details
  2. Click "Book Warehouse" on a warehouse listing
  3. Set booking start date and optional end date (or leave open-ended)
  4. Submit the warehouse booking request
  5. The warehouse provider will review and approve or reject
  6. Once approved, the booking becomes active
  7. You can now add shipments, communicate via live chat, and receive invoices

For Warehouse Providers:

  1. You'll receive email notifications for new warehouse booking requests
  2. Review booking requests in your dashboard or "Pending Bookings" page
  3. Approve or reject warehouse booking requests
  4. Once approved, you can manage shipments, create invoices, and communicate with buyers

Note: You can also initiate live chat with warehouse providers before booking a warehouse to discuss requirements.

Yes, booking can be cancelled by either party:

  • Go to the booking details page
  • Click "Cancel Booking"
  • Confirm the cancellation
  • Both parties will receive email notifications about the cancellation

Important: Cancelled bookings cannot be reactivated. You'll need to create a new booking if you want to work together again.

To add shipments to an active booking:

  1. Go to your booking details page
  2. Click "Add Shipment" button
  3. Fill in shipment details:
    • Item name and description
    • Quantity
    • Product image (optional)
    • Product label file (optional)
  4. Submit the shipment
  5. The warehouse provider will receive a notification
  6. Once received, the warehouse provider can mark it as "Received" in their inventory

Note: Shipments can only be added to active bookings. Pending bookings allow communication but not shipment management.

LogisticLoo supports multiple secure payment methods:

1. USDT (Cryptocurrency)

  • TRC20 network (Tron blockchain)
  • ERC20 network (Ethereum blockchain)
  • Automatic payment verification
  • Instant confirmation once verified

2. Manual Bank Transfer

  • Direct bank-to-bank transfer
  • Important: Only business account payments are accepted
  • Personal account payments will be automatically rejected and refunded
  • Payment approval within 1-3 working days
  • You'll receive email notification upon approval

3. US Bank Transfer (ACH)

  • Secure ACH payment processing
  • Integrated with Stripe payment gateway

Security Note: All payments must be made through the platform's invoice system. Direct payments to sellers are not covered by our insurance and dispute resolution policies.

For Warehouse Providers:

  1. Go to your warehouse dashboard
  2. Click "Create Invoice" for an active booking
  3. Enter invoice amount and due date
  4. Submit the invoice
  5. The buyer receives an email notification
  6. You'll be notified when the invoice is paid
  7. Funds are added to your wallet balance (subject to payment hold period)

For Buyers:

  1. You'll receive email notifications for new invoices
  2. View invoices in your dashboard or invoices page
  3. Click "Pay Invoice" to proceed with payment
  4. Choose your preferred payment method
  5. Complete the payment process
  6. You'll receive confirmation emails when payment is successful
  7. You can pay invoices even after the due date

Invoice Reminders:

  • Buyers receive daily reminder emails at 10 PM (+5 GMT) for unpaid invoices
  • Reminders continue until the invoice is paid

Platform Fee: A 5% fee is automatically added to all invoices, which is included in the total amount.

LogisticLoo charges a 5% commission on all invoices:

  • The commission is automatically calculated and added to invoice totals
  • This fee covers platform maintenance, security, payment processing, and customer support
  • The commission is transparent and shown in invoice breakdowns
  • Warehouse providers receive their payment amount (invoice total minus commission)

This commission ensures the platform can continue providing secure, reliable services to all users.

Your wallet contains two types of balances:

1. Invoice Balance

  • Funds received from paid invoices (for warehouse providers)
  • Subject to payment hold period (default: 7 days)
  • After the hold period, funds become available for withdrawal
  • You can track which payments are on hold and when they'll be available

2. Insured Deposit Balance

  • Security deposit funds you've added
  • Can only be withdrawn after 15 days and when no active bookings exist
  • Used to build trust with buyers
  • Displayed on your warehouse listings

Withdrawal Process: Go to your Wallet page, enter withdrawal amount and USDT address, submit request. Withdrawals are processed after admin approval.

To withdraw funds from your wallet:

  1. Go to your Wallet page in the dashboard
  2. Check your available balance (after payment hold period)
  3. Click "Request Withdrawal"
  4. Enter withdrawal amount
  5. Enter your USDT wallet address (TRC20 or ERC20)
  6. Select the network (TRC20 or ERC20)
  7. Submit withdrawal request
  8. Admin will review and process your withdrawal
  9. You'll receive email notification when withdrawal is approved

Withdrawal Rules:

  • Invoice balance: Available after payment hold period (default 7 days)
  • Insured deposits: Can only be withdrawn after 15 days and when no active bookings exist
  • Withdrawals may be subject to commission fees (check current rates)
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply

Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 business days after admin approval.

Buyers can leave reviews and ratings for warehouse providers:

  1. After completing a booking, go to your booking details page
  2. Click "Add Review" or navigate to the review section
  3. Rate the warehouse provider (1-5 stars) by clicking on the stars
  4. Write a detailed review comment about your experience
  5. Submit your review
  6. Your review will be displayed on the warehouse listing page

Rating Display:

  • Individual reviews show 1-5 stars (filled/empty stars)
  • Warehouse listings show average rating from all reviews
  • Review count is displayed alongside ratings
  • Average rating number is shown (e.g., 4.5 out of 5)

Note: You can update your review at any time. Reviews help other buyers make informed decisions.

Live chat allows direct communication between buyers and warehouse providers:

For Buyers:

  • Click "Live Chat with Warehouse Owner" on any warehouse listing
  • A booking is automatically created for chat purposes (if no existing booking)
  • You can chat with the warehouse provider in real-time
  • Attach files (PDF, PNG, JPG, max 10MB) to your messages
  • You'll receive email notifications when the provider replies
  • You can create a formal booking from the chat page

For Warehouse Providers:

  • You'll receive email notifications when buyers send messages
  • Reply to messages from your booking details page
  • Attach files to your responses
  • Communicate with buyers before and during bookings

Note: Chat history is preserved and accessible from booking details pages.

We offer comprehensive support through our ticket system:

  1. Go to "Support" in your dashboard or navigation menu
  2. Click "Create New Ticket"
  3. Select ticket type:
    • Support: General questions and assistance
    • Fraud/Dispute: Report fraud, scams, or disputes (admin receives immediate email notification)
  4. Enter subject and detailed description
  5. Attach files if needed (PDF, PNG, JPG, max 10MB per file)
  6. Submit your ticket
  7. You'll receive email notifications when support team responds
  8. View ticket status and responses in your support tickets page

Response Times:

  • Support tickets: Typically responded to within 24-48 hours
  • Fraud/Dispute tickets: Priority handling with immediate admin notification

Note: Support team responses are clearly labeled, and you can attach files when replying to tickets.
